![]() We grow baby salad greens in 2 high tunnels and wash them in an indoor packing area. If we see repeated lapses in good sanitary and hygienic practices in any farm worker we will move them to a part of the operation that does not involve handling the produce or they will be dismissed.Īgricultural activities conducted at this site Description of the agricultural activities conducted at this site If a worker does not follow acceptable sanitary practices, he/she is verbally corrected and retrained if needed. We communicate this policy to our workers during training sessions continually reinforce it during the growing season. We strive to prevent microbial contamination of fresh produce so that it is not necessary to take corrective action after a product has left our farm. On our farm we are committed to producing safe products through good agricultural and good handling practices that focus on food safety and quality. Management Responsibility Our Food Safety Policy We chose to present the policies and procedures that make up our farm food safety plan according to the sections specified within the United Fresh Produce Association's Harmonized Good Agriculture Standards and the USDA AMS GAP audit. That means 4 farms each producing 200 to max out a foodfactory at 400.Īlso, construction material factories only need a 1 to 1 ratio of raw materials.Good Agricultural Practices Food Safety Plan That's just my personal opinion.Įdit: Food has a different ratio! Farms max out at 200 but food factories still need double and max out at 400. ![]() I'd rather have half the industries but double the output. On high or medium you end up dodging all the industries when trying to lay a track because of the massive amount of them. Yes there's alot of industries compared to TPF1 but personally i rather put the map settings to low or medium because they clog up the map too much. Even at 1950 i started noticing how one factory is not enough when one of my towns reached around 1000 pop. I really hope they double the output of every factory, processing plant and raw material sites to deal with the huge demand of cities later on in the game. That means 4 sources of raw materials you need to ship to it. You never have to worry about a factory shutting down due to not having its goods shipped. Worst case i use that one town as a cargohub and ship the excess to less important towns.Īlso, cargo is a good stable income when you start out. Personally i like to focus on one town so i always plan on hooking up two factories in the future to that one town. Yes you will waste alot of potential output but 50 years into the future you will be glad you did. If you're playing without mods i would suggest you only hook up one town to one factory. I do hope modders will find a way to raise the limit. A town will start off with low goods consumption but soon you will see that consumption get higher then one single factory can produce. Towns is something to really plan ahead with. They will still take the raw goods or processed ones and probably sell it on the black market or something magical. Raw materials also max out at 400 but you need twice as much of it which means you need the two sources of raw materials to max out a processing plant.Īnother useful tip is that factories and processing plants do NOT need to have its goods shipped. ![]() Processing plants however need double the raw material input.įor futureproofing i suggest hooking up two raw materials from the start even though your not shipping all of it. Processing plants like sawmill, refinery etc also max out at 400 so you get an easy ratio of 1 to 1. ![]() This is just a helpful miniguide to cargo and what i've experienced so far.įactories max out at 400. ![]()
